Booking guidelines :-

1) Advance reservation is open on a daily basis up to a maximum period of 365 days before the intended check-in dates.

(For example: Reservation made on 1st September 2009, booking is open for reservation to 31st August 2010 with the flexibility to allow the check-out dates exceed to the 7th day of the maximum booking period of 365 days, i.e. the latest check-out date allowed will be on or before 7th September 2010)

1.1) Cancellation and Amendment Notice for Confirmed Bookings

To avoid any forfeiture of the entitlement nights the following must be strictly abide to:

• Bookings from 14 days to 90 days – No Cancellation and Amendment allowed.
• Bookings from 91 days to 180 days – One (1) Week from the date of confirmation.
• Bookings from 181 days to 270 days – Two (2) Week from the date of confirmation.
• Bookings from 271 days to 365 days – Three (3) Week from the date of confirmation
